Things to consider when buying a hat

We love hats, but we know finding the perfect hat for you is easier said than done, so we've compiled a list of things to consider when making the decision.

1. The shape of your face

When shopping for a new hat, it is important to consider the shape of your face. Some people have round faces, while others have an oval, heart or a square face. Knowing the shape of your face is important because there are some hats that do not match well with certain face shapes.

2. Colours

Colour is a great way to express yourself. Finding a colour that stands out in a crowd, or perhaps something classic and chic that 'goes with everything' is a decision for each individual. Whether you find the perfect bright yellow cap, of clack fedora it is an individual choice.

3. Materials

We recommend when shopping for a summer hat you look for a straw wide brim or a classic cap. Lighter colours do not attract the sun like darker colour do so be mindful when making you choice. For winter months, you can't go past a wooden beanie or felt fedora to keep the heat in.
