Shipping & Returns


Standard shipping cost Australia wide is $10 - $15 , Express $15 - $20 , depending on the weight .

Orders will be dispatched within 5 days from receipt of order.

Estimated standard delivery time frame for orders in Australia is 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location. Estimated express delivery time frame is 1 – 3 business days depending on your location.

Shipping times may take longer for some regional areas.

International standard shipping cost is $50 AUD. Please note, additional duties, taxes, brokerage charges or other charges may be imposed by the destination country.

When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification providing the tracking number so you can track your purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you need to return your boots for any reason please contact our office via for return instructions.

Returning your item

Please send item back to us in its original unworn condition (when you try shoes on, please do it on carpet), in the original unmarked shoe box, with all price tags and labelling within 14  days and we will exchange or refund the original purchase price less shipping.

Returns take approximately 5 – 7 business days to reach our warehouse.

When will you receive your refund or exchange?

You will receive a full refund to your credit card, within 5 business days of your boots being received at our warehouse.

Exchanged items will be dispatched within 5 business days of your boots being received at our warehouse.
